- Organize and plan meeting program and presentations
- Survey members for ideas on special topics for meetings
- Develop promotional opportunities for the organization

- Act as coordinator of NCAMA sponsored events
- Coordinate Lifeguardpalooza
- Coordinate Aquatic Management Institute
- Coordinate a listing of all aquatic related trainings throughout Northern California
- Assist additional committees as needed
Questions, Surveys & Reports, Beth Gegogeine
- Coordinate membership questions and organize responses in a timely manner
- Coordinate and develop relevant fee, salary and program surveys and reports annually
- Coordinate and update agency/member directory for steering committee use
- Assist additional committees as needed
Communications, Bryan Greenwalt
- Keep accurate meeting minutes
- Send minutes to Chair for distribution to membership
- Establish and maintain sign-in sheets
- Track and record meeting attendance for the year
- Assist additional committees as needed
CPRS District II Aquatic Representative, Bryan Greenwalt
- Track and lobby for the NCAMA budget through District II
- Represent the partnership at meetings between NCAMA and District II
- Co-chair the scholarship committee
- Assist additional committees as needed
